You can contact me within 30 days of receiving your item(s) requesting a return or refund. Returns or refunds will only be issued for defective items, or if the item isn't as described.

I am not responsible for damage during shipping. USPS Ground advantage insures up to $100.00. Contact me if this occurs and I can contact the post office. For lost packages you have 60 days, for damaged items 30 days. 

Returns or Refunds are not available for Jewelry or Gemstones.
